Job creation - At Group level, set-up, drive and monitor the worldwide strategy for two strategic market segments in the transportation sector (Rolling Stock and Automotive). From June 2011, Nexans new organisation (from country to market lines), creation of a marketing team at market line level.
Key achievement in Automotive : Capacity and footprint rationalization due to volume downturn post 2008 crisis.
Key achievement in Rolling stock : Differentiated offer per market channel. Market share from 20 to 30% in Europe and 50% in China.

Member of the Branch Purchasing committee, during two assignements. From 05/2005 to 08/2007, in charge of the Insulated copper wires portfolio for the Group. 150M€ spend. From 04/2003 to 04/2005, in charge of the oil coolers and electrical motors portfolios. 50M€ spend
Principal achievements : Design and implementation of the “weight watcher” concept in the price revision formula for cables. Initiative rewarded at Group level in 2006. For motors and oil coolers, alternative sourcing to breach monopolies. Supplier development in China.

From 03/2001 to 03/2003, Epsilon programme (GM), in charge of Purchasing. Main components - Electrical motors, plastic parts, oil coolers, electronic devices (speed control units), harnesses.
From 12/1998 to 02/2001, in charge of the engineering and the validation for an electrical motor with an integrated electronic speed control unit. Owner of the validation plan and writer of the test reports and expertises.
