I was reporting to Didier when he led the turnaround of the service activities of GE Medical Systems Hellas, the Greek subsidiary. From seriously adverse and money loosing situation of the subsidiary, about to close, in less than a year, Didier reorganized the service operations, led the restructuring and hiring of new people, closed the major customers disputes, restored the profitability of the subsidiary gaining respect from both his team and our competitor(s).
We have collaborated since 2008 with Mr. Didier Pivin as a Sales Area Director for Europe and Eastern Europe and Russia for Medical Equipment Hitachi-Aloka. We were having a fruitful collaboartion in terms of sales, education and market development. I was representing the non-govermental institutions such as Latvian Radiology Society and European Federation of Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology (EFSUMB). The great passion and detailed involvement in project was most characteristic for Didier.
have worked with Didier in Russia and CIS states for 10 years. Didier as Manager of Hitachi in this Region has helped my company IPS grow to a 50 Mio Euro company in Diagnostics Imaging. Both Didier’s excellent product knowledge and strong Management skills have helped us navigate though the often complex East European Markets.

I worked for two major Taïwanese companies in Artificial Intelligence & Ultrasound seeking to foster export sales in Central/Eastern Europe.
