Successfully managed the 5 sites of Center Parcs in France, with a total net sales of 260 million euros and a gross ebitdar of 127 million euros. Total number of bungalows 4.249 and a capacity of 22.474 guests per night.

• In charge of Operations for these 5 resorts
• Consistently steering and optimization of financial, qualitative and social results, with a focus on Sales, Guest satisfaction and Employee satisfaction
• Influencer in the definition and development of the brand and the product in France
• Active role in negotiations with regard to investments for refurbishments and maintenance projects
• Direct management of 7 persons of which 5 Site General Managers and 1 Development Director for France, indirect management of 2500 FTE

Specific achievements

• Opening of the 5th Center Parcs site in France, Les Bois aux Daims, with a performance above expectations with regard to financial, qualitative and social results.

Successfully managed the 4 sites of Center Parcs in France, 2 in Belgium and 3 in Germany, with a total net sales of about 300 million euros. Responsibilities as mentioned before with direct management of the 9 Site General Managers.

Specific achievements

• Opening of the 5th Center Parcs site in Germany, Bostalsee, with 541.000 sleeper nights during the first year

After the integration of Center Parcs within the Group Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs, successfully managed 5 sites in France, with a total of 3.000 houses and apartments and a total net sales of about 125 million euros.

Main focus on transition management in 2002- 2003 due to the reorganization of Operations within Center Parcs Europe.
