• Organization of the Digital Transport Event: 50 customers from 23 companies and 7 countries.
• Projects with the main T&M actors in France, in Retail and Energy & Utilities sectors.

Develop the Digital Engineering, Manufacturing & Supply Chain activities in France.

• Market penetration and win of major deals in High Tech, Automotive, Aerospace, Energy, Defense. 20%+ growth per year on revenue. +100% on staff in 5 years. 150+ consultants.
• Offer definition and packaging, go to market, Capgemini sales community animation, bid management, partnership with editors and service providers, executive relationships with CxO of customers.
• Supply Chain expertise on complex deliveries: Road mapping, Management / Strategic consulting.

Pilot Dassault Systèmes engagements for the Airbus A350 A/C Program at Airbus.

• Delivery of three software suites on time covering pre-design, engineering and manufacturing engineering to support the A350 program.
• Up to 90 FTE on 13 projects. 15M€+ revenue / year.
• Development of an offer for Supply Chain Collaboration and Extended Enterprise in Aerospace (multiple accounts including Airbus, Fokker, BoostAero, tier1 Airbus' risk sharing partners).

Deliver products in strong interactions with the customers.

• In charge of different products of CATIA & ENOVIA brands: Drafting, 3DWorkplace, CATIA/ENOVIA integration. Dedicated teams & transversal role within a R&D organization of 500 people.
• Flying Squad for Process design & solution alignment with customers in Aerospace, Automotive, and Shipbuilding.

Qualify military and civil in-flight components.

• Responsible for a team of 7 people on a test bench dedicated to icing tests.
