  • Technical and product development from scratch (designs) to mass production for all brands group in 2 factories (Thailand + Viet Nam): costing, technical developments in 3D, product optimization, fabric sourcing developments, planning, follow-up of mass production till delivery at warehouse in EU.
  • Communication bridge between Asia and Product Managers at Head Office: planning, difficulties, quality…
  • Reorganized the office’s organization and workflow to achieve faster leadtime to deliver the projects and to increase the office’s capacity
  • Lean management reducing factory’s consumables, storage points, reorganization of productions lines to reduce bottle necks.
  • Six Sigma system by setting up weekly export shipments to have better workflow and time optimization between factory and warehouse to reduce packing mistakes.
  • 100% of factory KPIs achieved end of 2017 (quality, on-time delivery, consumables, expenses, efficiency)

  • Full P&L responsibilities + relation with local authorities (customs, health & safety, tax)
  • Set up from scratch the Rep Office; then JV then 100% foreign investment company
  • Work on the project to restructure the company and to make a buy-out with my General Manager (meet bank, suppliers, customers, down-size the team to increase company’s profitability)
  • Responsible for the complete end-to-end supply-chain: wholesales + retails
  • In charge of purchasing raw materials
  • Direct relations with clients outside of France (export markets)
  • Set-up with factories social audits (BSCI)
  • Sourcing strategy to optimize material supplies, price, MOQ/MCQ, lead time, transportation cost, payment term. Manage quality issues with suppliers (if any)
  • Vendor’s follow-up: price negotiations, payment term, deliveries, planning, MOQ, communicate material deliveries, production follow-up with quality department
  • Follow-up Quality Inspection by third parties (SGS, ITS, Veritas…)
  • Set-up a consolidation point to gather the import flow from China, Taiwan, Thailand to Viet Nam
  • Set-up from scratch the rep office in Viet Nam, hire and train the team
