* Turned all loss-making countries to profit centers within first 12 months by Implementing a new marketing campaign, better product selection and tight financial controls.
* Imagined and developed new concept "pop up store" in empty / temporary locations with low overheads which were 100% more profitable.
* Generated $250,000 - 30% of more revenue than expected via the sale of the iconic store in Florianska Cracow one month before the Covid-19 pandemic.

* Directed all financial, legal, retail, and HR functions in the oversight and development of 82 direct stores, 27 Russian franchise stores, 16 CIS stores, and 13 Ukrainian franchise stores through a team of 600 people. Managed a 156M€ budget.
* Launched the Russian subsidiary 2006 from scratch growing it to 82 stores within nine years by leading supply chain organization, customs, logistics, pricing, marketing, and recruitment of the local team.
* In the face of a challenging time for the ruble and moving out of the recession (2008-onwards) I solidified brand positioning to focus on more valuable clients, implemented a new price policy in enhance market visibility to position our brand by utilizing multiple media resources such as fashion shows, TV shows, video games meaning the business outperformed its pre-recession targets and "Grew" fit out companies, transport companies, internalizing the Accounting and HR process moving from a traditional outsourced structure to local / in-country resources.
* Realized an 18% - 12M€ cost savings by renegotiating commercial leases.
* Fast tracked the development of 20 stores in smaller cities by introducing a new supply chain process for Russian to position franchisees in small cities where returns were 30% higher compared to big cities due to competitors, high rent level on malls resulting in + 8% ROI the same strategy as Russia across Azerbaijan, Belorussian, Kazakhstan and Ukraine with great success.
