For EMEA, I was in charge of a 10-years IBM Worldwide contract for Bristol-Myers Squibb Human resources services (HR).

This 20M€ Business Transformation Outsourcing (BTO) agreement with Bristol-Myers Squibb was to transform and support many of the company's global human resource (HR) functions.

The contract with IBM will allow Bristol-Myers Squibb to provide flexible and available HR services to ensure that its employees across the globe have access to information and services wherever they might be.

Under this agreement, IBM will provide compensation, benefits, recruiting, learning, payroll administration, call centre support and related IT systems services to Bristol-Myers Squibb. Additionally, IBM will implement a SAP solution and integrate Bristol-Myers Squibb's global workforce data into one portal that can be accessed by employees, managers, and HR professionals around the globe.

The services will support Bristol-Myers Squibb's operations in the United States, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Belgium, as well as, limited support to 40 of its additional country locations in Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas.

Through the agreement, Bristol-Myers Squibb seeks to achieve a more integrated and improved employee experience, reduced costs, improved operational efficiency and access to innovative solutions.

IBM's call centres in Manila and Budapest, as well as its delivery centres in the United States will support Bristol-Myers Squibb's global operations.

Global Project Executive for GEODIS Group

The prime objective of this contract (70M€) is to enhance service levels, introduce innovative products and reduce operating costs and absorb in the meantime the IT Services growth in France and in the world as :

  1. To integrate the subsidiary "Sysmedia" in the IBM European teams (Brno, Montpellier, La Gaude, Lyon, Noisy-le-Grand...) after 10 years running with Geodis Group.
  2. To manage the WW IT SDA contract signed in December 2008 which is the management of the IT services "As is" for Geodis through the IBM BT/IT teams and the Global Project Office.
  3. To create and to manage the WW Project Office team for the IT SDA contract. (PANDA is the deal signed in December 2008 by Geodis Corp and IBM Corp which represents the transfer of the IBM WW Logistics to Geodis.
  4. To participate as a member to the previous "Global SO deal". This is the study of an SO contract in order to succeed to the IT SDA (Service Delivery Agreement).

BP²I (BNPP Partner of Innovation) - UK Country Manager based in the CITY.

I was the UK Country Manager of a Joint Venture company, which is owned by BNP Paribas and IBM located in 3 countries (France, U-K (London Wall) and Switzerland). I reported to the Chief Operation Officer of the UK Bank (BNP Paribas) for the IS productions services and also for the top talent program.

My role was an Executive role and a member of an Executive Committee for a subsidiary between BNP Paribas and IBM (globally: 1500 people) with an extensive experience in developing and restructuring the delivery of IT services in various business sectors

The BP²I UK team consisted of about 400 people of which 1000 IT staff and the revenue was around 120 M€ / per year.
The prime objective of the JV was to enhance service levels, introduced innovative products and reduced operating costs and absorbed in the meantime the IT Services growth.

The team provided on site IT and Applications support for traders, covering about 8000 UK Desktop users, 6500 Servers, 6000 Blades (London and Paris) and the network (LAN & MAN) with 55000 ports, 2 Trading floors, 6000 workstations connectivity, 6500 servers connectivity, DWDM link between data centers, MAN links between London business sites and Network availability for business critical applications (email, web applications, data transfer).
