I have experience in developing strategies, implementing them and evaluating them. My expertise extends from the evaluation of services, the segmentation of activities and their prioritization, through the search for partners, up to production.
I have accumulated, during my 17 years of career, several experiences of Service Delivery Manager and Quality Manager and a significant experience in 2018 of Contract Manager for NAVAL GROUP, ex-DCNS, leader in the naval defence industry and marine energies renewable.
This professional career allowed me to develop my skills in organization, management, cost optimization and management of industrial operations, while driving change management.
