• Represented the Group in an anti-trust case in front of the Competition Commission of Kenya
• Played the role of Zambia CEO during a short period when the incumbent was denied entry into the country

• Also created a tailored solution to combine into a single contract both leasing and outsourced maintenance for the heavy mobile equipment fleet in certain countries

Director - WW Controlling, Consolidation & Financial Publications - Plastic Omnium Inergy Fuel Systems Division (a JV with Solvay) – First tier automotive – Paris and Brussels

• Supervised the upgrade of Division management reporting system
• Reinforced consistency of data reported to the two shareholders
• Contributed to a project team to achieve a deconsolidating factoring scheme in France and Spain
• Took part in a worldwide project to deploy a standard Divisional SAP platform
• Supported IFRS first adoption for both shareholders

Manager of WW Corporate Investor Relations

• Member of the crisis management team when bankruptcy risk was announced in September 2003
• Participated in the project team for the first high-yield bond issue by the Group

• Supervised the realignment of Group management reporting and scorecard during the reorganization from Divisions to Strategic BUs

Controller EMEA - Industrial Equipment Division - Ingersoll Rand – Industrial machinery – Paris, Temse (Belgium), Evian and Douai

• Supported Regional HQ in Paris and Divisional HQ in the US
• Took care of the restructuring and integration of a close-to-bankruptcy French family company acquired by the Group, including the management of a local mass redundancy plan
• Relocated European Finance divisional team from Belgium to France
• Part of the project team to deploy a pan-European ERP platform and a centralized SSC in Ireland
• Member of the Board of the first JV in Nizhniy Novgorod between Russian and foreign partners
