Finance Business Partner, Operations & Amélioration de la performance

• Support Sales Managers on the tools, processes and information provided to report, manage and improve sales performance. Coordinate account activities: customer meetings, pre-sales, team events
• Drive transformational projects aiming at enhancing the Sales effectiveness: forecast, account plan, win loss reviews, scorecard, bookings and revenue analysis
• Provide accurate, clear and timely monthly KPI reporting and forecasting. Design sales oriented KPIs through data visualization tools (Salesforce, Power BI)

• Managed the audit team (being one of the 4 managers supervising 25 team members): recruitment, onboarding, training and evaluations, annual audit plan design, coaching
