Je recherche des missions sur une période de 6,9,12 mois de Direction Financière.
J'ai une grande culture de projet acquise dans la conduite de projets (+ 10 ans) dans le secteur du bâtiment et du Pétrole & Gaz (Bouygues Bâtiment International, Bouygues Offshore, Besix et Poittemill). Production propre, sous-traitance et Joint-Ventures,
Ma mission actuelle (12 mois) est dans le secteur du B.T.P dans un contexte franco-suisse ou les différences culturelles et pratiques professionnelles sont plus importantes qu'on ne le pense.
C'est une mission de crise, crise de confiance entre le groupe et sa filiale, crise qui s'est accentué quand j'ai mis les comptes sous mon microscope. Arrivant au terme de cette mission, l'entreprise repart avec un nouvel ERP et des comptes propres
J'ai également une grande expérience des situations de changements (Fusion/Acquisitions), de transformation d'organisation (Centre de Services Partagés) mais également des situations de crises (Restructurations, Litiges et Départs précipités) :
J'ai une grande expérience des sociétés US (+ 10 ans) des exigences de reporting des sociétées cotées (Comptabilité US gaap ou IFRS)

Je suis ouvert à des missions à l'étranger (Afrique, Asie, Moyen-orient)
Je dispose d'un pied à terre dans le sud de la France (Nice) et a Paris
Je peux être mobile sur la France
J'ai travaillé 5 ans en expatriation (Afrique) et plus de 10 ans sur la zone Europe (UK, France, Suisse) avec de nombreux déplacements en Europe (Allemagne, Italie, Espagne, Pologne, Roumanie, Pays-Bas)

Pour des missions de courte durée, il est impératif d'établir un diagnostic de la fonction finance (Procédures, Organisation et Relationnel) rapide et précis.
Le premier jour en entreprise est déterminant et vous devez démontrer que vous savez ou vous mettez les pieds. Il est impératif d'établir des alliances rapides et de compter sur les forces en présence. Les solutions sont là, il faut les orchestrer, planifier et diriger.
