• Pilot monthly closings in collaboration with the SSC in China

• Support and assist with ad hoc finance activities.
• Advise management in areas of profit maximization, resource prioritization and day to day operations.

• Support Financial activities Monthly closing/ Forecast/ Budget and 5Year Plan:
  • Ensure all monthly activities (accruals, monthly report)
  • Support the business to build forecast, budget and 5YP for the regions
  • When appropriate, monitor spending of Branch / Rep office
  • Daily controls between results and budget variances; and advice.

• Process improvement / Project support:
  • Ensure a high level of financial control and process across the region,
  • Deploy harmonized approach with all Alliances Managers
  • Ensure proper tracking of distributors agreement
  • Mitigate financial risk (related to internal audit)

• Creating reports to help business teams:
  • Estimation of the operational margin of annuals agreements.
