• Extend life of existing assets to increase revenues
• Promote Test solutions to customers and maximize test cells utilizations
• Consulting activities for the most suitable solutions following customer specifications and constraints.
• Develop relationship with ATE providers and look for test features to increase capacity with minimum Capex.
• Define strategy to meet customer requirements and differentiate from competition

Mission : Project Manager, customer support, focus on European IDM & start-up customers

• Daily interaction with Amkor Asian factories and Business Units
• Team management to secure Test development & production ramp-up in respect with timeline
• Advise customers with the most suitable industrial & technical solution.
• Promote full turnkey solutions and maximize test cells utilizations
• Consulting activities for test-solutions following customer specifications and constraints.
• Lead projects developed by third parties to the milestone’s achievement.
• Maintain close relations with ATE providers and look for test optimizations to improve test capacity with minimum Capex.

Mission : Customer support, Develop Test engineering team

• Daily interaction with customer on-site to improve business relation
• Develop test program and applications for new products
• Orient customer to a secured production solution in Singapore and Malaysia
• Coach new engineers to bring them at an independent level

• Built an Engineering Team, manage people and solve issues that could break projects development.
• Develop test program and applications for customer products
• Business development to find projects and new customers.

• Hunt/enroll the right candidate to success customer missions. Use dedicated job boarder tools.

Mission : on-site customer support and development

Customer : STM Grenoble

• Support Teradyne Semiconductor testers for primarily Power Management applications for different customers and mainly STMicroelectronics
• Interact with customers to achieve projects development milestones.
• Development of test program, on-site assistance for debugging, consulting activities for test-solutions, hotline support as well as teaching training classes and workshops.
• Team leader concerning the milestones achievement.

Mission : on-site customer support and development

Customers : STM Grenoble, Infineon Austria, Freescale Toulouse

• Applications development for new devices on ATE such as LTX/Fusion, X family.
• Support and develop applications requiring improvements of yields, reducing test cost and main production requirement.
• Track issues from customer regarding production process milestones.
• Advice for the most qualified ATE for new product development.
• Project and resource management that fall within the scope and ensuring management escalation.

• Test development for new devices in the automotive market on ATE such as LTX and Teradyne.
• Find hardware and software solutions to secure the production line.
• Advanced skills in test hardware design and test methodology documentation.
• Develop characterization and production ATE program including hardware and software design.
• Utilize test yield data to identify and resolve quality problems, improving test coverage and quality process
