  • Led the global strategic sourcing programme and implemented 5 works streams in the key purchase categories and packaging to save $12m
  • Re-engineered and setup a new supply chain for non-food items from China and SE Asia to the 17 end-user countries and substantially reduced non-food unit costs by 15-50% depending on sub-category
