Je suis un cadre de direction avec une grande expérience dans la transformation et le redressement d’entreprises.
Ce qui me motive est d’aider des entreprises de taille moyenne à devenir des organisations plus performantes, dans lesquelles les objectifs à atteindre par chacun sont clairs, les processus tournent rond et les collaborateurs peuvent s’épanouir.
Je prends souvent un rôle de directeur de la transformation, par lequel je travaille en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de direction et les actionnaires pour améliorer la performance, développer de nouvelles options stratégiques et renforcer l’entreprise sur ses bases existantes.
