I develop optronic sensors portfolio in the challenging domain of autonomous vehicles thanks to partnerships with companies such as SAFRAN and the assessment of startups promising technologies in 12 different projects.

INVESTIGATE DISRUPTIVE INNOVATIONS : Collaborative assessment with my team of 29 camera, Lidar and Radar technologies startups, with a specific analysis process based on technical description meetings, prototype validation and performance comparison. Most promising solutions are promoted for top management strategic decision.

FROM CONCEPT TO CUSTOMER ROADMAP : I demonstrated on Frankfurt International Auto Show the prototype of a night vision camera we co-developed with SAFRAN. As a result, car manufacturers decided to implement Proof of Concepts in order to elaborate their technological roadmap.

ANTICIPATING CUSTOMER NEED : Exploration of 6 different sensing technologies dedicated either to enhance sensor set performance or to develop new functions such as autonomous vehicles detection capabilities or driver monitoring systems for new business opportunities.

I’m in charge of the engineering team of an operational execution nuclear project for Olkiluoto in Finland and manage the transverse programs for Cost Excellence improvement, standardization and modularization of the 3 to 10 MW Emergency generators Product Line.

FACING INCREASING COMPETITION : After a specific training from Corporate Value Associate consulting company I lead a Cost Excellence program implementing customer value, design rules and supply chain analysis through 15 workshops in 4 months in order to cut costs by 17%.

REDUCING INSTALLATION LEAD TIME WITH ENHANCED QUALITY : I lead a multidisciplinary transverse group in order to challenge engineering methodology and 3D design with the modularization of 6 auxiliary systems in the frame of strategic tenders in France and UK.

Business development consulting mission for the engineering, design and prototyping activities. Marketing of company expertise in innovation methodologies and prospection for diversification in new sectors for technology demonstrators such as RENAULT Twizy.

SWOT MATRIX ANALYSIS : Definition of the marketing plan for the company, with the formalization of the commercial presentation based on realizations, the redesign of the logo, the implementation of FB, LinkedIn and Twitter presence and the participation to trade fairs.

BUSINESS DIVERSIFICATION : Definition of the commercial offer during 3 months jointly with company executive management, followed by 6 months for 20 business meetings and quotations in Aeronautics, Nautical, Defense, Infrastructure, Consulting sectors.

BUSINESS BUILDING PROCESS : I’m selected for the Paris Chamber of Commerce program for entrepreneurship training and business model elaboration. I had an additional training at Ecole des Gobelins for digital image processing. The company is now celebrating its tenth anniversary.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT : First dedicated to BtoC activities, the company pivoted to BtoB customized business services with a special focus on major law firms corporate portraits and medium sized eCommerce platforms high quality product illustrations.

Innovation and Prospective vehicle architecture Project Manager

I was in charge of the draft project of a new strategic platform for Electric Vehicles. My team designed the architecture of 5 future niche vehicles, and I lead 6 transverse innovation projects dedicated to new energies, body structure, modularity and vehicle control interface.

Concept Cars Engineering Manager

I doubled the pace, achieving a launch every 6 months, starting from a blank page, developed in 18 months by a 25 people team. We realized 8 running prototypes presented at international automotive shows and in Press tests to communicate on innovation and branding.

Production line Leader in Spain

I was expatriated in Spain in order to design, install and start in Valladolid plant of 2 production lines, for the production of 2500 pieces a day with a team of 10 people for 15 months.

Deputy Head of Industrial Project

Manufacturing capability analyses of flexible production lines projected over 10 years for engine components produced in Spain and Portugal. Product evolutions for industrial standardization. Cost cutting plan steering and 16% gain in the Portuguese factory. Site manufacturing deployment strategy applied to 11 engine components.

Engine architecture and synthesis Head of Design Office

Management of a team of 12 CAD designers for the engineering of a range of diesel engines. This experience was the opportunity to fill my first patent for an exhaust gas recirculation system.
