Excellente professionelle dans le domaine des ressources humaines, avec une expérience en conseil d'abord, en dehors de l'industrie, qui lui a donné une vision et une expérience multi-disciplinaire dans les RH, et une expérience en entreprise ensuite où elle a coordonné les sujets RH des usines du monde entier jusqu'aux fonction scorporate dans le business. C'est là que j'ai connu Julie, alors que j'étais président d'une global business unit de Solvay et Julie mon bras droit pour les RH.

  • For Industrial Corporate, in charge of a reorganization with the management of related social plan [190 positions impacted (suppression / creation / transfer / job evolution ) / 30 net suppressions]
  • Participate to the creation and be HRD for Solvay’s Excellence Center ( ~100 people covering Manufacturing and Supply Chain Excellence and Customer Engagement Journey)
  • Develop Engineered Solutions for Customers, an initiative that aims at leveraging Solvay’ industrial expertise (Advanced Process Control, Plant of the future, Capex Excellence or Manufacturing Excellence…) in order to help GBUs strengthen their customer intimacy
