I am rolling out a change management methodology called Journey to DAKAR; to guide organisations in their sustainable transformation. I facilitate the people engagement in this transformation, and feed both CSR, communication and reporting teams.

The results are continuous, visible and long-term improvements in the employee engagement and in the content and quality of CSR reports.

I created the role for major global clients (Saint-Gobain, Pfizer, Novartis, PepsiCo, Orange, BNP Paribas, Lidl, Medtronics, Metro, MSD, BAT SAP, Suez). I deliver specific global projects such as the ESG correlation table, diversity and inclusion best practices, standard flexible working policy for all employees, internal communications programme for employee engagement, employer brand tools, data analysis on management performance, teams and all people management tools.
- My results were to maximise customer satisfaction (through a sharp increase in NPS), new product adoption (Ex Data analysis suscription) and total contract value (through re-buying and expansion).
