Management of two entities bringing together 72 employees for the following missions and achievements :

• Chair the representative trade unions ( CSE ) of the Lestrem plant (SEVESO site, 2800 people) and guarantee the compliance of social communications for all social and economic projects in conjunction with the site directors and human resources managers.
• Represent the interests of the Lestrem plant with external partners: DIRRECTE, Labor Inspection, Regional security, Town Halls, Chambers of Commerce
• Support the Management Committee of the Lestrem plant on safety, environment, quality and productivity issues.
• Coordinate safety actions and general resources of the Lestrem plant (Budget 4M€)
• Ensure regulatory monitoring and conduct all corporate social negotiations (5 sites)
• Ensure the improvement of the managerial culture in terms of social relations within the framework of a proposed and validated strategy

Implementation and translation of the group's HR policy on 4 industrial sites in France

• Definition of new innovative solutions for customers in connection with R§D for mass and paper coating,
• Roquette referent for the SCA group,
