• Project purchasing management : costing, sourcing, tiers 2 supplier qualification
• Serial purchasing management and EMS supplier (tiers 1) daily QCD management
• Serial management of thers 2 suppliers and LOAs components: shortages, quality, cost.
• Purchasing process development: responsability matrix for EMS and specific requirements tool
• Yearly negotiations and future yearly negotiations process and timeline incl. Ex rate variations

Scope:

• 17M€ portfolio
• 5 major EMS suppliers in Europe and Asia

Main missions:

• New Inbound Flows system Introduction: SAP EWM
• New internal WH design and launch, dynamic flat storage
• Warehousing solutions design and implement for eDrivetrains
• External Flows solutions development & LSP tendering

Key figures:

• eDrivetrain production 500 → 3500 pcs / week
• Plan truck flows 80 → 140 trucs / week
• eKanban implementation 20% → 80% of prod lines

Scope:

• Warehousing: 4 internal WH + 1 ext. WH (>6000 pallet stock)
• Team: >120 direct headcounts & >20 indirect headcounts

Main missions:

• Lead and manage the Site Supply Chain team with the objectives of maximizing the service level, minimizing the logistic costs and inventories and accelerating the physical flows from suppliers to customers
• Ensure the best servce level to the customers at the lower cost level (logistics, gross inventory and physical flows).
