• ISO quality auditor certification from GPA to assess external suppliers and subcontractors
• Increased ESAT number, ESAT are employment assistance establishment for disabled people, from 4 to more than 20 in 3 years
• Improved customer service level in automotive, OTIF from 95 to 98% and in aeronautics from 90 to 95% with no production stoppage
• 0 customer line production stoppage ever in automotive and aeronautics in 8 years
• Reorganized workflow for the own managed warehouse, improve inventory reliability and decrease logistics non quality penalties by half
