Company: PERKINELMER (turnover $5 billion, 16000 employees) is a renowned US manufacturer of analytical control solutions aimed at improving health, particularly through ensuring the quality and safety of agri-food products. Their offerings include a range of control instruments for laboratories and manufacturing lines, test kits, and services for maintaining and managing labs, as well as informatics services.
Challenge:
I was the Principal in charge of leading the Strategic sales on the Food market on the scope of EMEAI (Greater Europe + UK + Russia & EEU + Africa + Middle East + India), where my challenge was to organize the business around Key Accounts with a 1 stop shop (multi-product) strategy. Food business: USD 45 million.
I was building relationships with Nestlé, Lactalis, Danone, ADM, Cargill...
I was leading EMEA & global partnerships, with coordinating and animating 50 colleagues in the field, and controlling projects / results with setting dashboards on SFDC.
Result: +20% Food revenue, signature of new strategic account partnership, pricing... etc

SENSIENT TECHNOLOGIES / COLOR GROUP

Sales Director France + Global Key Account Manager

Company: SENSIENT (revenue $1.5 billion and 4,000 employees) is a US company specializing primarily in Food ingredients: 'Sensient Colors' is the global leader in Food colours, while 'Sensient Flavors' is a major player in Food flavors.
Challenges: Firstly the Senior leaders at Sensient entrusted me with the responsibility of taking over and developing the French business for natural colours (just acquired by Sensient). Secondly, I was appointed to lead sales at several Key Accounts at a European scale. Lastly, I was assigned to lead the change management process in the French office and manage Key Account at a global level.

- Successfully reorganized the business in France by transitioning from a traditional sales office model to a remote management model, with sales support and reporting into the European management based in Germany. Achieved revenues exceeding 5 millions Euros pa in France.
- As a team leader, I trained and managed 2 junior salespersons responsible for direct accounts.
- Managed 1 distributor (team ~ 10 people) responsible for non-direct customers.
- Achieved an average revenue +10% pa , significantly outperforming the FMCG market trend (+2% pa).
- Introduced a wide range of clean label natural solutions, contributing to our clients' business growth and achieving a sales growth of +10% pa with new products, including numerous customized solutions.

Solina , Savencia, etc.) - Acted as the Single Point of Contact for global & European contract negotiations (framework agreements, RFQs, tenders);
revenue of € 10 million.
- Coordinated an international sales team (30 colleagues) worldwide and successfully managed major projects.
- Strengthened relationships with industry stakeholders, secured major global contracts, and achieved significant growth (up to +25% pa) in EMEA.



French Market Manager / Natural Food Colors

- Conducted a successful market expansion of the natural color business (Dr. Marcus GmbH) through intensive customer prospecting and consultative selling.
- Led the business development of value-added innovations, including bespoke and clean label solutions such as colouring foodstuffs.
