Expérience de banque d'affaires pendant 6 ans aux US et au UK, fondateur et dirigeant d'entreprises innovantes pendant 10 ans (3 sur 4 cédées) puis DG adjoint d'une entreprise de services sous LBO pendant 3 ans, je mets au profit de mes clients en tant qu'operating partner depuis 2 ans, mon expérience de la stratégie d'entreprise autour du positionnement produit, développement commercial, structuration / restructuration de l'organisation et processus de levée de fonds.

Restructure and accelerate the development of BtoB and Franchise operations in France. Rationalize BtoB processes at Group level. Draw the 5asec strategy to enter the US market from the perspective of making a new LBO Key Achievements: * Digital: Launch of the home delivery app My5asec in France, integration of the customer relationship platform and BtoC and BtoB CRM, Launch and follow-up of multiple marketing campaigns for BtoB / BtoC customers acquisition, development and expansion of services within a global digital concierge platform. Central Group touchpoint for industry software intelligence. * Strategic review of all BtoB processes within the group and standardization guide-lines implementation, go to market, portfolio segmentation, product design to 4 people). Restructuring of the main central production unit to create better automatization and grow production form 350 pieces a day to 2000 (team grew from 10 to 35).
