J'ai aujourd'hui des expériences internationales de DG B2B2C : top line & P&L, expériences managériales multiculturelles, corporate & entrepreneuriales.
Ces expériences (sales & marketing @P&G, Global CEO PeclersParis @WPP, VP startups…) me permettent d’impacter rapidement la transformation d’une entreprise et d’en accélérer la croissance. Je l’ai constaté de façon opérationnelle dans les entreprises dont j’ai été CEO, au cours de missions de longue durée auprès de Comités de Direction, et en accompagnant des ETI comme "Senior Advisor Stratégie Business" à la BPI.
