• Implementing new ways of working : DevOps culture (Process, Tools, KPI, Change of organisation), Agile coaching centre, Craftsmanship coaching centre, Feature Teams or new practices such as design Thinking or robotics
• Building an Application portfolio Management strategy with 3Y roadmap based on Target Operating model definition per type of application (core, phased out strategic)

• Supporting CIB functions to optimize their operating model by leveraging on smart sourcing (i.e. near shoring, offshoring and outsourcing)
