since 2016 : Group Chief Financial Officer : Executive Committee member, in charge of finance function worldwide (5 corporate finance managers and 8 CFO’s in Europe/US/Asia) with ambitious profitability and cash-flow improvements targets.

  • Coordinated consistently significant costs savings initiatives and restructuring plans worldwide with EBIT margin improved by 9 pts from 2015 to 2019.
  • Monitored accurately EBIT and free cash-flow yearly budget achievements from 2017 to 2019, eased by specific monthly analysis and corrective actions plans with the Executive Committee.
  • Contributed to the harmonization of processes and Financial Information Systems (SAP, Kyriba) implemented in Europe/US/Asia from 2017 to 2020.
