- Construction of a grinding plant in Shanghai and a polymerisation plant in Changshu, Jiangsu; start up in February and July 2000.
Main achievements:

  • Took over the staff of JV partner and started diagnosing the company;
  • Solved progressively the hidden issues while supervising the construction of the new plants within the costs and time budget;
