• Main achievements : delivered the first consolidation in 2 months, versus 9 months for my predecessor building a strong team spirit. Introduce new financial procedure and appropriated KPI. M&A refinery projects in Pakistan, selling shipping company in Netherland and reduction of accounting headcount by 20%.

• Managing all Finance & Administration of this chemical manufacturing company, lead a team of 7 accountants.
• Main achievements are : closing Geneva office, discontinue work contracts , and re build a new department in Basel. Help them to implement SAP R3 from Basel within Europe affiliates.

• Development Responsible for reporting, controlling, and training the new local finance teams mainly in Asia. Also controller for all licenses of Sanofi Group.
• Participate of negation for various JV in Japan.
• Main achievement : set up finance organization from zero, from internal policies to external reporting for new JV in Asia detected mistake in royalties calculation allowed to get additional Musd 13.
