• Negotiations with lawyers to optimize the merger
• ERP deployment
• Harmonization of the salary grids and other compensations for employees

• Negotiations of public financements for 2019-2024 (5 years contract) : 180 M€

Start-up in specific seeds, facing cash issues (fast growing)

• Customer side : change the payments methods (trade notes) to be able to anticipate the payment dates + set up of a factoring contract
• Suppliers / inventories side : set up of a short term agreement with a bank pool to finance the purchases with warranties on inventories
• Bank negotiations : improving the cash situation by specific « medium term » loans to compensate the low equity of the start up

• Set up of the first « FIA World Endurance Championship » on the legal point of view : negotiations with FIA, with bank and races promoters in America (USA, Brazil), Asia (China, Japan), Middle-east (Qatar), set-up of new subsidiaires in Japan, Hong-Kong and China
  • Management of a « Cost-Killing » plan : 20% of overheads excl. salaries and amortizations in 2 years

Merger of the 3 french entities owned by SNAP’ON group in France

• Negotiations with lawyers to optimize the merger (especially on tax aspects (losses carried forward)
• Administrative restructuring (cost savings) after merger

Transition General Manager (duration 9 months, including management of the sales force) until the closing of the company

• Calculation of the financial needs to save the subsidiary
