  • Led the 100% electric Nissan LEAF US introduction. Managed the entire vehicle line-up programs. Co-chairman of the Americas Product Planning Committee. Member of North & Latin America Operating Committees.
    • Successfully launched the 100% Electric Vehicle (EV) Nissan LEAF in the USA, achieving 10,000 sales in the first year 2011 and doubling EV technology leadership index to 10%. Cross-functional team leader. Designed innovative customer experience for online orders. Partnered with more than 25 utilities/local governments to develop EV infrastructure, and batteries secondary business. Received the 2010 "Global President's Award" from Carlos Ghosn.
    • Managed all existing & new vehicles programs of Nissan/Infiniti Americas lineup, ensuring volume, revenues and cost targets to reach profit targets over the vehicle life cycles. Achieved OP of 4.1% in 2009 and 7.8% in 2010.
    • Developed the next 6-yr strategic plan "Power 88" with goal to increase US MS 50% to 10%+ at 8% OP in 2015.

  • Led negotiation with Ashok Leyland in India to set up a $500m manufacturing / technology JV with 4,000 new jobs, optimizing the proposed line-up by leveraging existing Nissan LCV worldwide portfolio. Venture is very successful in India. Received the 2007 "Planning EVP's Award" from Carlos Tavares.
  • Conducted partnership with Japanese, European and US OEMs to buy or sell vehicles for cross-badging opportunities.
  • Concluded Nissan Morocco manufacturing facility €86m investment within the Renault Alliance new plant in Tangier.
  • Piloted LCV Breakthroughs for 5-yr strategic plan "Post Nissan Value-Up" (2008-2012) to double LCV sales at 10% OP.
