• Underwriting of investment opportunities: analysis, management of the due diligence process, presenting new investment memo to the board, closing
• Coordination of disposal opportunities with the Asset Management Department
• Organization of the portfolio appraisal process with valuers (CW, CBRE, Catella, JLL)
• Setting up and monitoring new and existing debt for the 4 funds managed
• Line Management of a team of 3 analysts

Fund controlling

• Management of the Budgeting and Forecasting process along with the quarterly reports

Fundraising

• In charge of the internal process of fundraising alongside CEO and Financial Director : financial model review, data collection and communication with broker and lawyers

Pan-European Real Estate Asset Manager with €7 billion in assets under management

Asset Management and Investment Departments

• Participation in the day to day management of assets
• Cash-flow modeling for real estate investments
• Modeling of loan refinancing projects
• Analysis of disposal opportunities (capital gain, excess cash and IRR)
• Production of quarterly reports (P&L, B/S, Cash-Flow)
