Belgium Maintenance Operations : 04/2015 - 09/2016

• Implement maintenance excellence program in 14 Manufacturing Units with OPEX saving of 15%
• Manage the FDA remediation programs concerning maintenance activities (GMP, EHS, Legal, HR)

Biotech Aseptic Process Support : 09/2013 – 03/2015

• Quebec Flu-vaccine manufacturing facility revamping (designed and implemented in 6 months to meet critical restart date and FDA inspection).
• 90% of assigned capex projects for the Belgium sites delivered on time, in quality, in budget
• 15% procurement saving (autoclaves, washing machines, clean utility systems) through standardization of global user requirements and qualification strategy
