  • NUFARM Ltd (Rev 3.8 bnAUD) EMEA Transition & Change Manager | Dusseldorf – Germany
    • Transfer of processes (Finance & Master Data) and people (75 fte’s) to the BPO (CapGemini)
      • Transition was granted the ISG Paragon Award EMEA in the category “Transformation”.
  • AKZONOBEL NV (Rev 10.8bn bn) – GBS Project Implementation Manager FP&A | Amsterdam
    • Designing, from scratch, the transition governance for Financial Planning & Analysis. Program scope included the transition of 96 FTE to a AkzoNobel captive Shared Services Centre. Program budget 3.4m€. Within 6 months 25 people were hired, trained and operational.
    • Transfer of Finance back-office operation processes (R2R, P2P, O2C) and people (>200 fte) to a BPO provider for 40 + counties as per the agreed scope, timelines, and service levels.
    • Auxiliary projects: SAP implementation in the French subsidiary with Capgemini; analysis of the impact on processes of the set up of a GEHQ for central purchasing in The Netherlands

    • Taking over the PMO from EY, responsible for implementation of a new Business Operating Model across 10 countries and 3 production sites. Program Budget 37m€.
    • The program included:
      • Design, build and deployment of Oracle EBS and standardization of 1800 processes. Implementation of new solutions and functionality incl.
