• Managed and trained 3 business analysts and 2 business senior consultants on a day-to-day basis
• Led the continuous process improvement workshops based on Lean methodologies and Deloitte facilitation technics
• Proposed a benchmark of IS solutions and worked with IS Department to optimize and rationalize the IS applicative map
• Sold an extension to the project of 100 kEuros.

EDF Group - Nuclear Production Department - Lean Processes Performance Assessment of an Outsourcing Activity

Project and Team Leader

• Led and directed a cross-functional team of 4 business analysts and senior consultants to deliver a performance processes assessment of an outsourcing project using Lean tools (DILO, Lead time calculation and Little's Law), to reduce defects and achieve quality targets.
• Designed 30 main new processes to perform and standardize outsourcing activity and set new SLAs to monitor their performance.
• Led implementation of more than 20 optimization and simplification tracks on governance, RACI and operating processes.

EDF Group – Nuclear Production Supply Chain Department – Continuous Improvement Supply Chain Program

Stream Leader

• Diagnosed 2 supply processes/flows of a nuclear power plant using Lean Six Sigma tools by identifying the waste to be removed from processes/flows and areas of improvement.
• Led brainstorming sessions to identify and analyze constraints and root causes (Ishikawa Diagram, Pareto), and performed 5S workshops with warehouse operators to set up their work environment.
• Defined 30 new supply processes and implemented tools to control and monitor their efficiency.
• Led the development of communication regarding program activities (communication plan, monthly power plant review).

Accenture – Business Development – Resources Proposal Center

• Led and contributed to more than 10 wining proposals for EDF/ERDF, GDF/GRT Gaz, TOTAL and VEOLIA WATER SYSTEM in management and IT consulting.

MSF (Doctors Without Borders) - IT Department - IT Briefs & Roadmap Definition

Project Leader

• Conducted an organization assessment and designed the new organization and governance linking IT Department with Finance, Medical, HR and Supply departments.
• Developed an IT roadmap (2012-2014) for 8 major IT initiatives launched by MSF Executive Board.
• Designed priority matrix for 8 majors IT initiatives based on 4 criteria (complexity, cost, time to implement, resources available).

ERDF - Smart Metering Program - Project Scoping for a PLC Smart Meter Trial in Rural Areas

Project Leader

• Led project scope definition (steering, planning, purchase strategy, CAPEX and OPEX budgets).
• Identified 3 potential telecommunication technologies to run trials assessing operating behavior of a smart meter in rural areas.
• Delivered business requirements, purchase strategy, planning and budget for trials.

EDF, Commerce Department – Change Management and Users Training

Stream Leader

• Designed training materials to assist CRM & Billing IT System deployment.
• Facilitated, trained and coached 80 sales agents in 8 regions in France.
• Developed monitoring tools to track quality of training sessions (online quiz and feedback collecting strategy).

• Designed and implemented in C++, a Voice Activity Detection algorithm for a GSM Coder in order to enhance bandwidth uses and audio quality during VoIP transmission.

3 months : CapGemini Telecom and Media – Paris

• Managed update of Cegetel InfoCenter by taking into account the introduction of a Mobile Virtual Network Operator and free waiting time calls to 0800 phones numbers.
