In a top French Property Development

• REIT company liaising with the top management and the different business units. Investors' relations, budget follow-up, financial communication, performance analysis, M&A related missions.

In charge of a 6 shopping centre portfolio.

• Asset repositioning strategies and setting-up of refurbishment and extension schemes, financial reporting, reletting strategies follow-up, management of in-house relationships with Casino's project management team, fund management team, letting department and JV partners investors.

• Due diligence and financial modelling for a €130M shopping centre acquisition.
• Bid and team management for retail development scheme in a major Paris train station.
• Two existing shopping centres under management (circa €500M) dealing with major renovation schemes and extension projects, strategic relettings, merchandising and positioning strategies, JV partner and internal reporting, litigation management, business planning and institutional relations.

For two Real Estate pan-European Investment funds :

• Quarterly investors’ reporting, consolidation of financials statements, cash flow analysis and P&L budgets preparation per asset, financing and valorisations follow-up and impairment tests conduction.

Worked on major mixed-used regeneration schemes in London (Canning Town, Barking).

• Focus on bidstrategies for new property development opportunities.
• Legal drafting, cost control, developer's budget valorisation method, financial sensitivities analysis, past operations budgets review.
