* Successful integration of Genzyme & Merial into 'One Sanofi':
* Rebuilt the organizational structure and managed all changes of restructuring and integration processes;
* Negotiated personally with the Genzyme NL Works Council the restructuring of the organization at Genzyme EMEA Headquarters (45% headcount reduction and exit of all contractors);
* Designed and negotiated the Social Plans in NL & Belgium for the execution of the restructuring process on all sites.
* Integrated Genzyme and Merial into Sanofi redesigning all HR processes and systems, including a benefits harmonisation after personally reaching agreements with 5 Works Councils. Reduced future benefits liability by transitioning the defined benefit plan to a defined contribution plan with zero impact on recruitment or retention.
* Implemented the ONE HR model within the Benelux going from 25 to 18 headcount.
