  • Led the Alstom HR function integration (1.100 employees) within the GE Power Business and subsequently the integration of the HR function between the Power and Energy Connections businesses (750 employees)
  • Rolled out at global level the HR function organizational model for the new GE Power coordinating 50+ local project leaders; this included the redesign of 90 HR processes to be globally applied.
  • Enabled cultural integration of the HR Teams involving more than 700 HR managers around the world
  • Ensured staffing of more than 40 Executive and Senior Management HR roles; coordinated both Alstom and GE Power/Energy Connections integrations related synergies for a total of approximately $ 35M.
  • Assessed more than 100 middle management high potentials at the Alstom Accelerated Management Program
  • Completed C&B carve-out related matters for the Areva T&D sale project to Alstom and Schneider Electric; drove integration and harmonization of C&B policies into the Alstom ones. Led benefits programs harmonization with main savings achieved in Brazil (2.3M€), China(2.7M€), USA (1.5M€).
