• Recruitment : Recruitment of a wide range of profiles, from CFOs to Account Directors to Data Scientists, across Europe, the American continent and Asia. First recruiter in a centralised recruitment function. Definition of targeting strategy, interviews and offer negotiations. 130 recruitments in 13 months.
• Recruitment of 5 additional recruiters to Talent Acquisition Team. Recruitment of the L&D lead in France.
• Processes, Tools & Methods : Redefinition of recruitment dashboard and updating of job catalogue – selection of external consultant. Point of contact for LinkedIn (clarification of investments, organisation of training sessions, participation in annual negotiations for the Havas Village)
• HR Lead for New Business Activities : Conception and development of a HR value proposition to be used in New Business pitches. Identification of strengths and weaknesses, preparation of HR pitch deck, participation in pitches.

• Strategy : Portfolio Management – Conception and deployment of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing and evaluation.
• Commercial Development : Turnover 2017: 190 000€ - 90 000 € newly acquired business.
• Activity Management : Contract Management - Negotiation of fees, exclusivities and off-limits. Personal KPI, budgeting and forecast vs real.
• Management : Management of sourcing teams: objectives setting and weekly meeting. Internal mentor and trainer on headhunting methods and the different financial roles.
