• DRH de transition, accompagnant tous types d’entreprises dans le développement de leurs activités RH:
  • TPE, PME, scale ups, entreprises étrangères s’installant en France

• Responsible for implementing all HR related programs (IS, benefits, diversity, comp&ben)
• Responsible for hiring, motivating and retaining Platformers worldwide
• Acting as a champion for the company culture and supporting the company's managers
• M&A
• Nurturing a team of 9

• In charge of operating the group HR strategy into the European region (France, UK, Luxemburg, Germany) + M&A: due diligence and integration of a Serbia-based company
