ALSTOM POWER RENEWABLE : DRH

• Creation of Alstom's hydroelectric division in Russia, formation of the head office and setting up of multi-site project teams for the renovation of 3 hydroelectric stations (project value: €390m) and the establishment of a turbine manufacturing plant (500 employees).
• Formed a multicultural team of engineers (200 employees) and coordinated the knowledge transfer plan from European engineering centers to Russia.
• Development of strategic cooperation plans with institutes and universities in Moscow and Ufa (100 trainee engineers) to generate a talent pool for succession planning.

ALSTOM TRANSPORT : DRH

• Excom member at TransMashHolding (Alstom's Russian partner for rolling stock manufacturing in Russia and CIS, 50k employees, 12 plants, $3.2 bn).
• Implementation of an engineering joint venture for new products (locomotive+tramway), including definition of HR policy (compensation, training, governance).
• Management of workforce reductions (-2000 FTE) and deployment of Lean Manufacturing program at 5 key plants to boost productivity.
